Founder, President and CEO

Dave Rogers

Dave is a visionary entrepreneur at the forefront of the global energy transition and digital infrastructure revolution.

In 2009, he founded Amp Energy, transforming it from a start-up into a global platform spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Under his leadership, Amp deployed more than $6 billion into 14 GW of clean energy infrastructure, establishing itself as one of the world’s leading independent power developers.

Building on that success, Dave launched Amp Z in 2024, where he is pioneering the next generation of power-first data center platforms designed for the AI era. At Amp Z, he sets the company’s bold vision and drives its strategy, capital formation, and high-impact partnerships. With a unique ability to bring together infrastructure scale, energy expertise, and cutting-edge AI demand, Dave is positioning Amp Z to redefine how power and compute are delivered — creating transformative value for investors, partners, and communities alike.
